Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal and Stripe, which typically process within 24 hours of order placement. There is a 5–7 business day hold placed on all checks received. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your order for any base model design, and within 24 hours of receipt of your deposit for custom cellars. After that period, we cannot accept cancellations because we start purchasing materials immediately for your cellar. After the 24 hour period has ended you have agreed to commission the product and are obligated to pay the balance upon completion.

Return Policy

Each Sommi Wine Cellar is handcrafted to order, so we are unable to accept returns.

Shipping & Handling

Sommi Wine Cellars is not liable for products not fitting in entrances to rooms or domiciles.  Sommi Wine Cellars recommends that measurements are made prior to receiving products in order to ensure that they will fit in entrances, in specific rooms, in hallways or up or down staircases.  Sommi Wine Cellars is not liable for damage to either the product(s) or the buildings where the product(s) is being installed.  Sommi Wine Cellars will provide measurements (upon request) of units to clients for each unit that is shipped prior to shipping.

Changes to Design for custom cellars

We’re able to make changes to custom orders within 48 hours of deposit.  Any change to the piece may result in a price change.

Timeline

Our standard timeline is 10 to 12 weeks. For custom designs, we'll send you an estimated timeline for building your cellar when we receive your deposit. This timeline is an estimate, and because we handcraft each cellar we can't guarantee specific delivery dates, but we'll be in touch throughout the process so you know what to expect.

Material & Finishes

All of our materials and finishes are variable and subject to change. Each of our products is unique and is subject to variation in color, characterization, species, texture etc. Each piece is unique, so please review examples of our work to confirm you are comfortable with the variation.  Please allow for a dimension tolerance of 2” on every product.

Cooling Unit Limited Warranty

For Brock Series dual wine refrigerators using EdgeStar refrigerators:

For one year from the date of original delivery, your warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship in the refrigerator. Under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the original refrigerator with a new or refurbished unit .

For Credenza and VV Series Cellars using CellarPro cooling technology:

For five years from the date of original delivery, your warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any components that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship in the cooling unit. Under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the original cooling unit with a new or refurbished cooling unit and, once replaced, the original cooling unit must be returned to us. The cooling unit is self-enclosed and is located inside the wine cellar.

Wine Cellar Limited Warranty

For two years from the date of original delivery, your warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Any custom designs or sketches are creative property of Somm & Jey, LLC dba Sommi Wine Cellars.
